No, most men will not respect a woman the same when she’s wearing a miniskirt and a revealing shirt and when she’s wearing sweats.
Women should know that they deserve to always be respected.
Women should also know that most men will not see it that way.
Protesting rapes won’t help, protecting yourself and staying out of potentially dangerous situations will.
That means wearing provocative clothing when out alone/in an unfamiliar area is a bad idea.
Saying that “women shouldn’t be taught how to not get raped, men should be taught not to rape” isn’t going to work.
Men will rape women. No one wants that to happen but it will. You can’t stop the inevitable, but you can try to prevent it as much as possible.
We should take steps to protect women as much as possible.
That being said, by wearing provocative clothing, you’re not exactly helping your cause, ladies.
